- Salary starts at $350,000 and increases based on experience

DETAILS:
- Primary location will be Canby, MN with responsibilities in Clear Lake, SD
- Currently 2 FM and 3 APPs on staff
- Attached to a 25-bed critical access hospital
- Call is 1 weekend/month and 1 night during the week
- Surgery outreach and other subspecialties
- Saturday clinic 9-12pm - on call provider covers this
- Average of 80 ER visits/month
- Nursing home onsite/connected to the hospital
- Assisted living apartments are also onsite
- The ED is a Level 4 trauma center
