Position: Locum Tenens - Family Medicine with Pediatric Call
BID DUE DATE: FIRST TO FILL

Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm Clinic, full-time coverage
• Duration: Jan 2024, ongoing throughout 2024.
• Call: 1:5 weeks:
  Admits and rounding during the on-call week. On-call week starts Monday (7 am) and ends the following Monday (7 am).
• Clinic Setup: Attached to the hospital; on-call during the week while working the clinic shift.
• Setting: Outpatient
• Duties: Bread and butter Family Practice, Pediatric Hospitalist call required.
• Call Responsibilities: Coverage in the nursery, admitting Pediatric ER patients, and rounding on patients.
• Patient Load: 12-16 patients per day.
• Patient Demographics: 60% Adults, 40% Pediatrics.
• Staff: 4-5 APPs employed by the clinic; their workdays vary.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED or Truly Board Eligible (0-3 years of residency completion).
• License: Active MN license - REQUIRED.
• Certifications: Active NRP, PALS - REQUIRED.
• Background: Clean Malpractice/Background - HIGHLY PREFERRED.
• Availability: Must state availability at the time of name clearance - REQUIRED.
• Work History: Disclose if the provider has worked at any other CHI/Dignity Facility - REQUIRED.
• COVID Vaccination: REQUIRED.
