$180 - $200 an hour

Work Schedule & Patient VolumeHours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Clinic Type: Outpatient Walk-In
Average Patient Volume:
- 20–30 patients per day total
- Shared between two providers
- Provide direct outpatient medical care to walk-in patients of all ages
- Perform medical histories, physical exams, assessments, and diagnoses
- Treat acute illnesses, manage chronic conditions, and provide follow-up care
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging
- Prescribe medications in accordance with federal, state, and IHS guidelines
- Document all patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Collaborate with nursing staff, behavioral health, pharmacy, and specialty services
- Provide patient education, preventive care guidance, and referrals as appropriate
- Comply with all IHS policies, federal regulations, and clinical protocols
- Maintain professional standards, cultural sensitivity, and patient confidentiality
Education:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- OR Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) from an accredited program
Licensure:
- Current, unrestricted license in any U.S. state, territory, or D.C.
- Must be eligible for licensure in Minnesota
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient, primary care, or urgent/walk-in care settings preferred
- Experience in rural, tribal, or underserved communities strongly preferred
Certifications:
- Current BLS (required)
- ACLS (preferred)
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
