Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a physician for outpatient primary care in Minnesota. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., caring for 8–15 patients daily across all age groups.
The physician will provide comprehensive care while maintaining hospital privileges and adhering to clinical standards. Qualified candidates must be board-certified with active hospital privileges. The role includes competitive hourly pay, paid malpractice insurance, and travel/housing support
