Description:
This position requires a family medicine physician for a full-time role.
The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a required lunch break.
The average patient load is 16 to 20 patients per day, with a capacity for 20 appointments.
The role includes 36 patient slots for a 1.022, with twenty-minute time slots allocated.
There is a need for coverage for 90 days, starting from the credentialing approval of the provider.
While the facility has no trauma level, specific skills in family medicine are important.
The following pediatric care is required:
- Newborn care for infants aged birth to 30 days
- Care for infants from 30 days to 1 year
- Care for toddlers aged 1 to 2 years
- Care for children aged 3 to 13 years
- Care for adolescents aged 13 to 18 years
General outpatient care experience is also necessary.
No inpatient care or obstetrics skills are required for this position.
Preferred skills in gynecology include well-woman care, but procedures such as colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, and IUD insertion/removal are not required.
