Schedule: Part‑time positions beginning 9/15/2025-5/16/2026. Up to 2 hours/day, Mon‑Thurs, 3:30 pm‑5:00 pm
Qualifications: Current MN Teaching license. Experience in creating and implementing curriculum for K-8 students in a school setting, overseeing student behavior and outcomes. Ensuring activities for youth have opportunities for social connections and emotional learning, and reflection. Energetic, patient, caring adult. Adaptable in ever‑changing environments. Able to work independently and on a team.
Salary: $40.00/hr – subject to change upon settlement of the 25-27 Master Agreement.
Benefits: One hour of sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked (max 48 hours per year)

Responsibilities- Teaching at appropriate levels of difficulty.
- Assessing student progress and determining the need for additional reinforcement or adjustments to instructional plans, techniques, and goals.
- Teaching specific learning objectives.
- Employing various teaching techniques, methods, and principles of learning to best meet the needs of students and district learning outcomes.
- Using appropriate instructional technology to enhance student learning.
- Organizing classroom supplies and materials; performing routine cleaning and housekeeping functions to maintain a proper learning environment.
- Providing instructional leadership to other support staff within the classroom, involved in instructional support activities and functions.
- Assigning activities, providing guidance, and instructional oversight.
- Employing and implementing a classroom structure and consistency to encourage student responsibility, cooperation, and mutual respect consistent with district policies and procedures.
