Job SummaryThe Targeted Services/Community School Club Leader will implement enrichment curriculum, activities, and programming for the Elementary Targeted Services/Community School programming. Responsibilities include organizing, scheduling, and coordinating enrichment activities across three elementary sites, as well as developing after‑school curriculum and community partnerships.
Responsibilities- Provide ready‑to‑implement curriculum and activities to Site Leaders for each elementary site daily.
- Plan age‑appropriate activities, research, print, copy, and ensure required materials are available at each site.
- Actively supervise implementation of enrichment programming (activities, curriculum, partnerships, etc.).
- Travel to each site to observe activities, evaluate lesson effectiveness.
- Modify curriculum based on observations and staff feedback.
- Assist staff in implementing activities and interact with staff/students to gather feedback.
- Observe ease of understanding instructions and availability of materials during activities.
- Adjust activities as needed based on lesson strengths and weaknesses.
- Experience preparing and leading activities for after‑school and evening programs with K‑8 youth.
- Energetic, patient, and caring adult.
- Adaptable to an ever‑changing environment.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Pay Rate: $20.31/hr – $22.33/hr.
Benefits: Earn one hour of sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours per year.
