Teacher Assistant FLOAT – Mahube Community Council Inc

MAHUBE‑OTWA is hiring caring individuals with strong initiative and excellent attendance to work in our Detroit Lakes Community and Cultural Center (DLCCC) as a Teacher Assistant Float. Your workdays will be filled with education, laughter, art, stories, hugs, and so much more.
Responsibilities- Support lead teachers in planning and delivering daily educational activities.
- Create and facilitate engaging lessons in a safe, playful environment.
- Encourage student participation, positive behavior, and social development.
- Assist with classroom setups, materials, and clean‑up.
- Document observations and provide feedback to supervising staff.
Pay: $21.95 – $22.70 per hour.
Schedule:
Non‑Exempt, Day Shift, Full Time, Monday‑Friday, 40 hrs/week, seasonal with four one‑week layoffs spread over the program year and one week in December. Work remotely:
