Dover-Eyota Public Schools is seeking qualified applicants for paraprofessional positions for the 2026–2027 school year. These positions will serve Preschool through 5th grade students with Special Education Services.
- Employment: Full-Time
- School Year: 2026–2027
- Starting Salary: $16 an hour and more depending on experience
- Final date to receive applications: August 9, 2026
Applicants must have a two year college education, or be able to pass the paraprofessional state testing shortly after hiring.
Primary Responsibilities- Serve as the special education students PreK-5
- Provide engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction
- Collaborate with staff and support teams
- Work under the direction of the elementary principal
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff
- Support the academic, social, and emotional growth of students
- Self-driven and motivated
- Positive in their interactions with students and colleagues
- Organized and punctual
- Strong communicators with families
- Adaptable and responsive to student and classroom needs
- Collaborative team members committed to student success
