Site Manager

Location: Avon
5+ years of self-perform  Site Management experience over multiple trades Excellent communication skills  with the  ability to communicate with  a diverse group of team members   and  in front of large groups (potential of 500+ people at a time) Experience managing self-perform renewable energy sites  (Wind, Solar, or BESS) Knowledge of Standard Work Instructions (SWIs)    Previous  hands-on experience within various trades  ( E lectrical,  M echanical,  C ivil, etc.)
