• Design all new products and maintain existing product designs.
• Heavily involved in the product quotation process and see a product from birth in design to completion of build.
• Develop new cylinder designs by utilizing complex stress calculations to ensure the design meets intended operating parameters and safety factor guidelines.

• Thorough understanding of engineering theory and design criteria.
• In-depth understanding of applied math and physics.
• Proficient with computer‑aided drafting (CAD) software (Solid Works).
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Superb time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is preferred.
• At least three years of related experience desired.
• Experience collaborating with technical personnel.
• Experience interfacing with customers.
• Experience troubleshooting issues and developing solutions.
