Job Description

The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of all project management and estimating functions. This position ensures that project bidding, estimating, and execution align with company profitability goals and project delivery expectations. The role is critical in managing workload distribution, project performance, and overall operational efficiency. This individual will serve on the leadership team and contribute directly to shaping the strategic direction and growth of the company.

Responsibilities

* Lead project management and estimating functions to ensure alignment with profitability and delivery goals.

* Manage workload distribution and project performance to enhance operational efficiency.

* Serve on the leadership team to shape the strategic direction and growth of the company.

* Oversee project bidding, estimating, and execution processes.

Essential Skills

* 5+ years of construction project management and estimating experience.

* 1+ year in a leadership role.

* Strong knowledge of concrete and masonry construction projects in a commercial setting.

* Proficiency in project management and estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, and Heavy Bid.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

* Experience with concrete construction and masonry.

* Familiarity with Procore and Sage software.

Work Environment

The role requires daily attendance in the office, with some expectation of visiting sites for bid meetings. The company offers an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing organization, getting in on the ground floor.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clearwater, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $57.70/hr.
