• Ensure timely and continuous quality service to the customer, via phone or site visits.
• Coordinate with the manager on customer communication.
• Maintain tools and test equipment used for commissioning/service.
• Coordinate contact with all levels of supervision.
• Read and understand electrical and plumbing schematics; use troubleshooting tools and meters.
• Perform and report testing results, logging as required.
• Adhere to contractual service agreements and work instructions.
• Perform quality tests to ensure product quality.
• Weld using MIG and/or TIG in field conditions.
• Install equipment such as bulk tanks, pipe, vaporizers, skids, dosers, etc.
• Apply ISO 9000 standards.
• Observe safety procedures and policies.

• Extensive travel to customer sites.
• Office and plant work.
• Exposure to metal cuttings, welding odors, temperature extremes.
• Occasional weekend and holiday work.
• Use of personal protective equipment.
• Frequent standing, sitting, bending, stooping, twisting, walking.
• Frequent lifting up to 75 lbs., occasional heavier lifting.
• Occasional pushing and pulling of materials up to 40 lbs.

• At least 1-2 years of experience, TIG welding experience, preferably with piping.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and field service.
• Ability to read electrical and plumbing schematics preferred.
• Ability to work well in teams and independently.
• Ability to read and understand detailed blueprints.
• Working knowledge of PCs, including MS Office and JD Edwards.
• Basic understanding of industrial controls and PLCs.
• Basic understanding of cryogenic liquids, gases, and thermodynamics.
