Top Line Financial Credit Union has been a member‑owned financial services cooperative since 1935.

We are looking for outgoing individuals to join our Top Line team that is dedicated to building life‑long relationships to help our members reach and manage their financial goals. Tellers provide a full range of information and assistance regarding all Top Line products and services. Accept and process various financial transactions, accurately and efficiently promotes credit union products and services, provide excellent member service through use of sales and referral skills to ensure members’ needs and expectations are met.

A successful teller will be able to:

• Provide superior member service to our members at all times.
• Perform routine member transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers and check cashing.
• Troubleshoot and responding to members request, problems and complaints and/or directing them to the proper person for specific assistance.
• Effectively promoting credit union products and services.
• Balance cash drawer and checks.
• Process auto payments and stop payments and routing to the proper departments.
• Escort members in and out of safe‑deposit area.
• Maintain certificates and mailing out renewals.

Salary Range: $17.95 - $22.44 (hourly)
