, is seeking a Universal Banker.
As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and proactively offering a range of banking products and services to meet the financial needs of our customers. You will serve them with various banking and financial transactions, account inquiries, opening new deposit account relationships, consumer lending, and making product recommendations in an efficient and friendly manner.

- Execute banking transactions, respond to account inquiries, open new deposit account relationships, assist with consumer lending, and make product recommendations in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Maintain strong communication, multi-task effectively, and prioritize tasks in a busy branch environment.
- Strong communication skills and comfort with extensive customer contact.
- Sales experience and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Banking experience is a plus.
- This position may conduct administrative duties at the branch level.
This position will work at both the Northfield Downtown and South offices regularly. Hours are generally 8am-4:30pm Monday – Friday with a Saturday morning rotation from 8:45am-12pm. However, if staffed on the Teller line, shifts may start as early as 7:30am and as late as 6:15pm.

Salary/Compensation: $22.88 - $27.45 per hour
