The City of Norwood Young America is seeking a full-time Public Services Lead – Parks & Streets to join its Public Services Department. This working lead position provides day-to-day field leadership, coordinates work assignments, trains employees, and performs skilled maintenance and operations involving City streets, parks, stormwater systems, buildings, and public facilities. Additional responsibilities include equipment operation, snow and ice removal, emergency response, and assisting with other departmental operations as needed.
