We provide contract physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology to communities in Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Our focus is to deliver optimal, individualized rehabilitation by highly skilled professional therapists while developing long-term partnerships between our staff and the communities they serve.

• Provides screenings and evaluations to determine requirements for skilled occupational therapy intervention relative to patient’s prior level of function.
• Develops and implements treatment plans that focus on functional and measurable outcomes and adheres to professional standards of practice.
• Monitors patients  progress and adjusts treatment plans as needed.
• Provides appropriate supervision for occupational therapy assistants in compliance with licensure, regulatory and company requirements.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Collaborates with, coordinates, and participates in training programs for community staff, patients, families, and rehabilitation staff.
• Participates in continuous quality improvement activities.

• Successful completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

• Current valid Occupational Therapist license to practice in appropriate state.
