Key Rehab is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team of health professionals in Wheaton, MN in a SNF setting. $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions!

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist (PT) for Key Rehab, you will:

• Evaluate each patient, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals.
• Supervise PTAs within the facilities.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Current PT license in the state of practice.
• Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.

• Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations
