Schedule: Full‑time | 64‑80 hours per pay period | Monday‑Friday | 8 am – 4:30 pm
As a Physical Therapist, you’ll be at the heart of our community, providing hands‑on therapeutic support to clients while fostering meaningful connections. Whether creating personalized treatment plans, guiding clients through rehabilitation exercises, or collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll play a key role in helping clients achieve their highest level of independence and well‑being.
At Vivie, we value our people and offer a competitive pay range of $41.04/hr to $52.00/hr (hourly non‑exempt) based on qualifications, experience, and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health coverage, continuing education support, and wellness programs.
As a Physical Therapist, You Will- Deliver Direct Client Care – Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans with short‑term and long‑term goals.
- Maintain Accurate Client Records – Document services accurately and timely using Vivie’s EMR system, ensuring compliance with all payer sources and authorization requirements.
- Facilitate Follow‑Up Programs – Recommend and oversee continuation programs to support long‑term client success and optimize discharge outcomes.
- Collaborate and Communicate Effectively – Work closely with clients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to provide care.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance – Complete and document supervisory visits with PTAs and RA/CNAs in accordance with state and regulatory guidelines.

- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Minnesota.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Clear and compassionate communication abilities.
- Proficient in English for effective communication with staff, clients, and visitors.
- Successful completion of a state‑mandated background check.
- Able to physically perform the duties required by the position.
- Must obtain CPR certification within 6 months of hire.
