Physical Therapist

About the Position

We are a growing community‑based physical therapy practice located in Wheaton, MN. Our core values are faith, family, fairness, and fun. This full‑time role will join our therapy team at the Wheaton Sanford Medical Center.

• Provide patient care across outpatient, long‑term care (LTC/SNF), and inpatient hospital settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams (PT, OT, SLP) to deliver high‑quality patient care.
• Maintain a flexible Monday‑through‑Friday schedule with a 40‑hour work week.
• Participate in professional development and continuing education activities.

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• PT licensing in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain it.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• 16‑hour annual paid Professional Development (PD) time.
