• Minimum age of 15 years.
• Participants may need to provide proof of immunizations, undergo background checks, and comply with confidentiality agreements, depending on facility requirements.

The program duration varies based on participant availability and area of interest. Job shadows are approximately 1‑2 hours long and provide 1:1 oversight with a trained professional.
