Job DescriptionPosition Status:
These are paid positions. We are looking for a fun and flexible team member to work with individuals with special needs in Milaca. The hours include mornings, evenings, and rotating weekends. We have open full-time and part-time positions with the possibility of more hours on an on-call basis.
This role would be great for new graduates, someone looking for a second job, or a position for people who are semi-retired. All training is provided and paid.
Primary duties include supervising and managing program residents, implementing treatment plans, and documenting residents' functioning within the treatment environment. Training is offered in behavior management, limit setting, and crisis intervention techniques.
We have part-time positions available for evening and rotating weekend hours at our Princeton and Milaca group home locations. The starting wage is $11.25 an hour.

Experience:
High School Diploma/GED. Other Skills/Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a good driving record and 18 years of age.
The Services for Persons with Special Needs (SPSN) division is dedicated to serving individuals with developmental disabilities of any age. Support services may be provided in the consumer's home, in their local community, or in a foster-care, residential setting.
