$18.50/hr - $21.00/hr

• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to meet each resident’s needs (e.g., dressing, personal hygiene, mobility support).
• Med-passes and administration of medications with monitoring and documentation as needed.
• Observation and reporting of changes in residents’ physical condition, cognitive status, or emotional well-being to the Director/LPN as needed.
• Room checks, resident rounds, and monitoring for environmental safety hazards.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and dining support to encourage independence.
• Communication with residents using tactful, respectful approaches in sensitive situations.
• Participation in and support of the resident-centered activity program.
• Documentation accuracy for records, service plans, and other required forms in a timely manner.

• No previous experience required; on-site training provided.
• Strong communication and compassionate approach to resident care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a care team and adhere to safety and care standards.
