• Strong clinical competency and commitment to professional development
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Current BLS certification

• Deliver safe, efficient patient care in homecare, hospice, and assisted living environments
• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Accurately document patient care according to healthcare facility policies
• Demonstrate compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence in all nursing interactions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families
