Position: Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Residential Services of NE MN is hiring part‑time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our adult foster care home in Mora, MN. As a DSP, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives.

Salary: $18.75-$19.25 per hour. Shift: Primarily 3:00 pm‑11:00 pm (may vary with program needs), 14‑18 hours per week, every other weekend required. Driver's license required.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in medication administration, household duties, behavioral management, and personal hygiene.
  • Coordinate medical care and community activities such as shopping, concerts, meals, movies, fitness, and outdoor recreation.
  • Develop meaningful relationships and support a person‑centered culture.
  • Schedule cover for 24/7 support with shifts during the week and every other weekend.
Qualifications
  • Successfully pass a post‑offer background check.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check for working days or evenings.
  • Compassionate, warm‑hearted, and reliable with a passion for caring for others.
