Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) – Inpatient/Outpatient Rehab
Location: Paynesville, MN
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 5x8 hours (08:00 – 16:30)

• Provide occupational therapy services across inpatient rehab/TCU with some outpatient adult and limited pediatric caseload

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence and daily living skills

• Deliver therapeutic interventions for adult patients in inpatient and long-term care settings

• Provide outpatient therapy services as needed, primarily for adult patients

• Perform ongoing reassessments, progress tracking, and discharge planning

• Educate patients and caregivers on functional strategies, safety, and adaptive techniques

• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately in the medical record

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support continuity of care

• Active Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L)

• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience

• Experience working with adult patient populations, particularly inpatient rehabilitation and TCU

• Ability to manage a mixed caseload of inpatient and outpatient patients

• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills

• Effective communication and patient education skills

• Ability to work independently during scheduled weekday shifts

• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation, transitional care units (TCU), and long-term care settings

• Outpatient therapy experience

• Pediatric outpatient experience (limited exposure)

• Epic electronic medical record experience
