Title: CT / X-Ray Technologist
Location: Sauk Centre, MN
Duration: 6 weeks
Shift: Days – alternating 5x8 (07:00–15:30) and 4x8 (09:00–17:30); on-call required with every 4th–5th weekend rotation
Role Overview
Perform both CT and X-ray imaging in adult and pediatric acute care, outpatient, and emergency department settings.
Conduct abdomen, pelvis, chest, spine, head/neck, and trauma CT imaging with and without contrast.
Perform bedside/portable procedures including KUB and upright abdomen studies.
Prepare and administer contrast media, follow isolation precautions, ensure radiation safety, and start peripheral IVs.
Participate in on-call rotation (typically 1700–0700 one day per week, 1–2 call shifts per week).
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including radiology, physical therapy, social services, pharmacy, and interpretation services.
Experience: Minimum 1 year; must be competent in both CT and X-ray.
Certifications: ARRT (R), ARRT CT, BLS.
Skills: Abdomen/pelvis CT (with & without contrast), chest CT, head & sinus CT, trauma head, cervical/thoracic/lumbar spine imaging.
Professional Knowledge: Radiation safety, isolation precautions, contrast preparation/administration, peripheral IV starts.
Call & Weekends: On-call required; every 4th–5th weekend coverage.
Travel: First-time travelers accepted.
Epic experience.
Mammography experience.
Experience with Client, Toshiba, and PACS systems.
Ability to perform bedside and portable imaging procedures.
