- Home health and skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings
- Monday through Friday schedule, flexible 7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 8:00 AM-4:00 PM shifts
- Utilizes Net Health and Home Care Home Base charting systems
- No on-call or call-back requirements
- Onsite therapy supervisor available
- Productivity expectations of 87% in SNF and 95% in Home Health settings
- Provide occupational therapy services across home health and SNF settings
- Non-supervisory role
- Candidates residing within 80 miles may be considered local
- Local candidates accepted at a lower pay rate
