Hey there, future caregiving superstar! Bridges of Zumbrota is on the hunt for a Resident Assistant with a big heart, steady hands, and a smile that could brighten any room (including the shower).
What you'll do:- Be the friendly face that helps our residents look, feel, and live their best life
- Serve up tasty meals, tidy up, and keep things cozy.
- Pass meds like a pro (under nurse supervision, of course).
- Be the eyes, ears, and heart that notices when someone needs a little extra TLC.
- A team player who treats every resident like family
- Respect for privacy, dignity, and the occasional wild story
- Willingness to learn, laugh, and lift safely
- A current caregiver certification (or willingness to get one)

Compensation is from $18.36/hour to $22.38/hour depending on experience.
