Job Responsibilities- Engage with residents during meal times, promoting a family-like atmosphere.
- Provide assistance and support in daily activities, ensuring residents' comfort and well-being.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of care.
- 12-hour shifts available for those who prefer longer work periods.
- Staff are not required to clock out for meal breaks, as meals will be enjoyed with residents.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to resident care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not mandatory.
