In-Home Caregiver – Isanti | Flexible & Set Schedules

Comfort Keepers is hiring compassionate and dependable In-Home Caregivers to support seniors and adults in their homes.

Whether you're an experienced caregiver or looking to start a career in healthcare, you don't need extensive experience to apply. We provide training, ongoing support, and opportunities to develop your skills and advance your career.

We're currently looking for caregivers who can work one or more of the following shifts:

• Monday: 3:00 PM–7:00 PM

• Tuesday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 4:00 PM–7:00 PM

• Wednesday: 3:00 PM–7:00 PM

• Thursday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 4:00 PM–7:00 PM

• Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM and 4:00 PM–7:00 PM, every other week

• Saturday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM, every other week

• Sunday: 8:00 AM–7:30 PM

• $18–$21/hour based on experience

As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll provide personalized support that helps clients remain safe, engaged, and independent. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care

• Preparing meals

• Providing companionship and social engagement

• Offering medication reminders

• Performing light housekeeping

• Providing transportation and assistance with errands

• Helping with mobility, transfers, and daily activities

Our approach to caregiving goes beyond simply completing tasks. We encourage clients to participate in their daily routines and maintain as much independence as possible.

Previous healthcare experience is not required
. We're looking for individuals who are:

• At least 18 years old

• Compassionate, dependable, and responsible

• Willing to learn and develop new skills

• Comfortable providing care in a client's home

• Able to work independently and communicate effectively

• Equipped with a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, DSS, or other healthcare professional is a plus.

To be eligible, employees must work in a direct-care role for an average of at least 10 hours per week and meet program requirements. Scholarship funding is limited and awarded based on eligibility, available funds, and approved educational expenses.
