* As a Phlebotomist III - Floater, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care while ensuring accurate specimen collection and processing across multiple locations. Your expertise and flexibility help support efficient laboratory operations and provide patients with a positive and professional healthcare experience.

** What You'll Do*
* + Collect high-quality blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collections

+ Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures

+ Verify patient identification, demographics, and specimen labeling accuracy

+ Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties

+ Maintain accurate records and required documentation

+ Provide exceptional customer service while creating a professional and trusting patient experience

+ Travel between multiple Patient Service Centers and physician office locations as needed

+ Follow all safety, quality, confidentiality, and compliance requirements

+ Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment

** What We're Looking For*
* + A current, up-to-date resume

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

+ Minimum of 2 years of Patient Service Center experience preferred

+ Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred

+ Phlebotomy certification preferred

+ Strong customer service and patient communication skills

+ Keyboard and data entry experience

+ Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record if applicable

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

+ Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call assignments, overtime, and support multiple locations with minimal notice

+ Ability to meet compliance requirements including immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB Test required; COVID and Flu recommended)

+ Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
