Tweeten Care Center is looking for a full-time Social Worker to join the team! If you are looking for a rewarding work environment in healthcare this position might be perfect for you!
What you will work- Full-time: 36 hours/week
- Monday-Friday, Day shifts
- Holiday rotation
- Location:
Spring Grove, MN
- Social Workers provide assessment, planning, consulting, education and referral services to Gundersen Health System residents and family members.
- Act as consultants and leaders in comprehensive care throughout the system, while supporting organizational strategies and goals.
- Starting wage of $25.95/hour + more for comparable experience

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or in a related field
- MN Social Worker license is required before starting employment
