Fairway View Senior Communities seeks a RCA to provide quality care for our residents.
Duties and responsibilities- Activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, and showers
- Assists with serving and cleanup of meals and snacks
- Engage residents in social interactions and activities
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean safe environment
- Medication management in accordance to residents plan of care
- Document all services provided and outcomes in accordance with established protocols
- We are looking for a compassionate individual with strong communication skills
- This position plays a vital role in the lives of our residents and enhances the well-being of those they care for
- 64 hours per 2 week pay period, Day shift
- Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, HSA with employer match)
- Retirement with employer match
