Pediatric Home Service (PHS) is seeking a nurse to provide skilled pediatric home health care in Princeton, MN. You’ll support a 12-year-old client with a G-tube, deliver care in home and school settings, and collaborate with the care team to monitor changes and adjust plans.
Shifts are 12 hours, with every other Saturday on, and overnights on Mondays and alternating Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, offering meaningful one-on-one pediatric care and flexible scheduling to fit family
