Are you a compassionate, motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) looking for a rewarding career?

We're looking for a dedicated COTA to join our rehabilitation team and help residents regain independence, build confidence, and achieve their goals.

What You'll Do:

• Provide hands-on occupational therapy under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Help residents improve strength, coordination, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.
• Help residents achieve meaningful progress and greater independence.

What We're Looking For:

• Current Minnesota Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and passion for resident-centered care.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
