Care Staff

We are seeking dedicated Care Staff to join our compassionate team. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality care and support to our residents while ensuring their well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all residents
• Document and report any changes in residents' health or behavior
• Cooperate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive care approach
• Participate in life enrichment programs and activities with residents
• Eat meals with residents, ensuring social interaction and engagement

Shift Information

Shifts may include 12-hour shifts, providing flexibility and ample time for each resident's care needs.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in a caregiving role preferred, but not required
• Willingness to assist with all aspects of resident care

Additional Information

This position includes no unpaid meal breaks as staff will eat with residents and do not need to clock out during meal times.
