Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Are you ready to make an impact? At MLEC, we’re looking for a dynamic HR leader who thrives on building strong teams and fostering a positive workplace culture. As our Human Resources Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping employee experience and driving organizational success.

- 5+ years of progressive HR management experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- PHR/SPHR certification and energy cooperative experience preferred
