Andersen Corporation is a leading manufacturer of windows, doors, and building materials, serving residential, home improvement, and light commercial markets. We are looking for an energetic, entry‑level professional to join our talent acquisition team and help build the next generation of leaders.
Role SummaryAs an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support early‑talent recruiting initiatives—including internships, campus events, and entry‑level pipelines—while learning the full lifecycle recruiting process. Over time, you will expand your responsibilities to cover a broader recruitment portfolio and develop into a full‑cycle recruiter.
Responsibilities- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and logistics for campus recruiting events.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in Workday and ensure compliance with hiring processes.
- Support execution of internship and early‑career programs, including onboarding and engagement activities.
- Assist with career fairs, information sessions, and campus relationship management.
- Learn and apply sourcing strategies to identify talent pools.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments under guidance of senior recruiters.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and contribute to job postings.
- Build relationships with candidates to provide a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Interest in developing recruiting expertise and growing into a full‑cycle recruiter role.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting tools.
- Experience with event coordination or campus engagement.
- Passion for equity and inclusion in hiring practices.
Pay is based on experience, education, location, and other factors. Pay range for this role is $61,760.00 - $92,640.00
