About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist for a premium dessert manufacturing company in Le Center, MN. In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive HR support to employees while assisting with payroll, benefits, recruiting, compliance, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations. If you’re an approachable, organized HR professional who is fluent in Spanish and English and enjoys supporting employees in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.
WhatYou'll Do as a Human Resources Generalist (Bilingual):
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and company programs
- Support recruiting activities, including job postings, resume review, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Coordinate with temporary staffing partners on staffing requests, assignments, onboarding, timekeeping, and invoicing
- Support payroll and HR administration by processing employee changes, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with payroll updates and audits
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including required documentation, system entries, and employee orientations
- Assist employees with benefits, leaves, payroll questions, and other HR-related concerns
- Maintain HR records and systems, support compliance activities and reporting, and assist with employee relations and HR initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience with an emphasis on HR administration, compliance, and employee support
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills required
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS or payroll systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Availability to periodically come in early or stay later to support shift employees
- Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment is preferred #SMNCareers
