Monogram is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance on‑site at the Chandler, MN facility. The role reports to the IT Support Manager and includes routine troubleshooting, system maintenance, process improvement, and security responsibilities. The position is part of an on‑call rotation providing after‑hours support for critical issues.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets in a timely manner.
• Document processes and procedures.
• Manage user accounts and support Windows 365 environments.
• Monitor network and system status.
• Maintain and update systems inventory.
• Create and maintain knowledge base materials and documentation.

• Minimum 2‑year degree in a technical or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a support role.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with multifunction printers, video conferencing systems, and phone systems.
• Comfort with on‑call rotation schedule.
• Knowledge of Windows Server OS, Windows 10/11, and Office applications.

• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and independent problem‑solving skills.

• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods and move throughout the facility.
• Ability to lift items up to 20 lbs unassisted.
• Visual and hearing acuity sufficient for business and technical environments.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically up to 25%.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
