DeZURIK is seeking a Manager of IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity to lead and protect the technology backbone that supports our multi‑site manufacturing and office operations. This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on expertise to ensure our networks, systems, and data are secure, resilient, and ready to support high‑performance operations across the enterprise.

In this role, you’ll oversee enterprise‑wide IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN architecture, secure remote access, cloud connectivity, and high‑availability networks that support manufacturing automation systems. You’ll lead cybersecurity strategy and operations—developing policies, strengthening threat detection and incident response, administering NIST‑aligned cybersecurity programs, and driving awareness and training across sites.

You’ll also supervise a distributed IT team, partner with plant IT contacts, manage external service providers, and collaborate across the organization to support acquisitions, archived ERP systems, and the long‑term digital roadmap. Ensuring compliance with internal controls and external frameworks (such as NIST and CMMC) while reducing operational risk will be central to your success.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including 3+ years supporting multi‑site or hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and OT/IT network integration and industrial cybersecurity.
• Experience managing Microsoft tenants and M365 environments; familiarity with Cisco, Fortinet, or similar technologies.

Preferred experience includes MES/SCADA environments and certifications such as M365, CISSP, CCNP, or CISM.

DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $124,535 to $155,669 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
