An established manufacturing and packaging organization is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead technology operations across multiple production facilities, warehouses, and corporate offices. This full time leadership opportunity offers responsibility for Microsoft 365, ERP platforms, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and overall IT strategy while supporting critical business operations. This role is ideal for a technology leader who enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands on technical work.

- 5+ years of IT leadership or IT management experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or production environments
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Network infrastructure and systems administration expertise
- Cybersecurity knowledge including access controls, backups, and disaster recovery
- Experience overseeing software vendors and technology projects
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- ERP administration experience
- Azure, SharePoint, and Power BI experience
- Shopify and Quick Books integration experience
- Manufacturing ERP background
- CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or cybersecurity certifications

- Oversee backup, recovery, and business continuity processes
- Partner with leadership to evaluate and implement technology improvements
- Manage third party vendors and technology partners
- Develop processes, standards, and IT documentation
