End User device support
- Build, Install and maintenance of PCs, and peripheral devices (such as mobile/smart phones).
- Addressing the issues reported by Siemens Energy authorized users like Microsoft desktop operating system and windows application deployment, configuration, and management.
- Support End-to-End Desktop/Laptop life cycle management using Microsoft SCCM, VDI and Intune.
- Support third-party IT technicians, if requested by Siemens Energy.
- Scope of Asset management will be limited to CMDB status update while allocating/deal locating the devices under scope. (ex: Laptop, Desktop)
- VIPOnsite Service Support
- Smart Hands and Feet Jobs like basic network troubleshooting, resetting the cable
