Provide hands-on L1 IT support resolving end-user hardware, workstation, and peripheral issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide deskside support for employees and executives/VIPs.
- Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Resolve monitor, docking station, printer, Bluetooth, and connectivity issues.
- Assist with basic workstation configuration and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Coordinate with L2 EUC and engineering teams for complex issues.
- Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and escalations.
Required Skills:
- Hardware and peripheral support.
- Basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ticketing and remote-support tools.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
