Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers
• Deliver customized insurance and financial solutions that fit each client’s needs
• Proactively grow your client base through networking and referrals
• Schedule appointments and promote a wide range of State Farm Insurance and financial products
• Work closely with team members to provide outstanding customer service in an upbeat, positive environment

• Base salary plus commission/bonus structure, with earning potential from $40,000 to $100,000+ depending on performance

Qualifications:

• Must have, or be able to obtain, all required State Farm licenses within 30 days of hire
• Driven and enthusiastic with a strong desire to succeed
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new technology
• Enjoy working in a team atmosphere where fun and collaboration are encouraged
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Able to work in person at our Medina Office
• This role is with an independent contractor agent of State Farm, not directly with State Farm Insurance Companies
• Employees must complete all required licensing and training mandated by the agent
• State Farm agents operate independently and hire their own staff; employees are not State Farm Insurance Company employees
