Overview

Brown & Brown is seeking a Hybrid Commercial Lines Producer to join our growing team in Mankato, MN. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, identifying business needs, and presenting relevant insurance solutions.

• Pursue prospects actively through calls, visits, and proposals.
• Determine business needs and propose company products and services.
• Develop and deliver formal proposals of insurance.
• Review policies for cross‑selling opportunities and uninsured exposures.
• Ensure premium collections in accordance with agency standards.
• Achieve objectives set in the annual producer sales plan/review.
• Collaborate with the marketing manager on company submissions and market selection.
• Promote the agency and insurance industry within the community.

• Property/Casualty Licensed

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related discipline.
• 1+ years of commercial insurance experience.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Exceptional telephone demeanor.

$90,000 – $100,000 annual.
