EHS / HSE Manager, Operations Manager
DeZURIK is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety and environmental programs at our Sartell, Minnesota facility. In this critical role, you'll champion a proactive safety culture, build trust across teams, and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
As the Sartell site's safety expert, you'll develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety and environmental systems that prevent injuries, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement. You'll partner closely with operations and leadership to lead investigations, manage OSHA reporting, ensure environmental stewardship, and promote Behavior-Based Safety programs rooted in teamwork and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of EHS experience, including leadership in manufacturing.
- Strong communication, analytical, and coaching skills.
- Experience managing environmental compliance and ergonomic programs preferred.
