About the RoleAs the Volunteer Driver Manager, you will lead, support, and inspire our team of employees and volunteer drivers who help community members access essential services. This role requires a balance of leadership, strategy, and heart.
What You'll Do- Recruit, train, and support volunteer drivers
- Foster a positive, mission-focused team environment
- Oversee scheduling and program operations
- Communicate with clients, staff, and volunteers
- Problem-solve daily operational challenges
- Track performance, identify trends, and implement improvements
- Serve as a trusted leader who motivates and empowers others
- Identify, develop and drive department growth
- Budget management
