AGM Managment is an apartment management company. We own and manage a growing protfolio of 22 communities in 11 states with over 1,500 units.
Job DescriptionAssist property manager in day to day leasing and occupancy of a 78-unit low-income property in Aurora, Minnesota (15 minutes from Virginia, MN). 10 - 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Keep tenant files in orderly fashion
- Answer phone calls and take messages
- Keep the manager's office tidy
- Take calls from applicants and log them on a spreadsheet
Organized, computer proficient.
